Tenses Trainer is a free educational tool that helps users practice English verb tenses through AI-generated exercises with pedagogical feedback. The service includes a placement test, practice sessions, and progress tracking.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download exercises
• Share your account credentials with others

5. AI-Generated Content

Exercises and explanations are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain grammatical inaccuracies or errors. Tenses Trainer is a supplementary learning tool and should not be your sole source of English grammar instruction.

6. Intellectual Property

The Tenses Trainer name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of Tenses Trainer. AI-generated exercises are created for your personal educational use and may not be republished or sold.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exercises will be 100% accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenses Trainer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data, practice history, and progress will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
